Tommy Lee Fenley was born October 13th, 1941 in Collingsworth County, Texas to Erma (Scoggins) and J.B. Fenley. He passed away Monday, February 20th, 2023 at Sayre, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years, 4 months and 7 days.

Tommy grew up in Lela, Texas where he attended schools in Lela and Shamrock, Texas. After school he entered the Army National Guard. Tommy later began his career in the pipeline industry as a welder. After 53 years as a welder, Tommy retired only to return a year later as a pipeline inspector. He enjoyed playing golf, flying airplanes, and going to the casino.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Johnny Fenley; and sister, Janette Durham.

Tommy is survived by wife, Jo Ann, of the home; his children, Kim Marcum and Randy Hand, Edmond, OK, Jeffrey Fenley and wife, Joy, Prairie Grove, AR, Teresa Miller and husband, Matt, Enid, OK, Andrew Fenley and wife, Deidre, Erick, OK, and Andrea Cross and husband, Nathan, Edmond, OK; 4 grandchildren, Nikki, Jaycie, Hadley, and Blaykley; 1 great grandson, Colby.
