Terry Wayne Jordan was born March 15th, 1963 in Gunnison, Colorado to Paula Sue (Foy) Jordan and raised by Paula and Truman Thetford. He passed away Sunday, September 7th, 2025 at the age of 62 years, 5 months and 23 days.

Terry moved with his mother to Texas at the age of 1. They later moved to Oklahoma where they settled in Berlin, Oklahoma. He attended Merritt schools graduating in 1981. After graduation, he furthered his education at various colleges and universities obtaining a rodeo scholarship at Phillips University for his calf roping skills......having never roped a calf in his life. After the rodeo program dissolved he returned to Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he pursued a degree in criminal justice. In 1987 he began his career with UPS where he worked his way from pre-loader to a management position. Terry formally retired from UPS in February of 2020 after 34 years of service. It was during his time at UPS that Terry was married to Rhonda Berry at Elk City, Oklahoma on November 16, 1991. Together they made their home in Elk City where they raised their daughter. Shortly before his retirement, Terry began his call to ministry serving the Granite Methodist Church until he was reappointed with the Elk City United Methodist Church where he has remained until current. Terry enjoyed golfing with his friends or anyone that would play with him, watching the University of Oklahoma Football, and participating with the "Family Feud" fantasy football league, Airplane watching, following the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, and spending time with his family and friends. He was also an associate pastor and member of the Elk City United Methodist Church, Participatory Dance Dad, and a trusted business advisor for his daughter, Trinity and her dance studio.

He is preceded in death by his biological father, Doyle Ray Jordan; and his dad, Truman Clayton Thetford.

Terry is survived by his wife, Rhonda, of the home; daughter, Trinity Jordan-Dilocker and husband, Caleb, Clinton, OK; his mother, Paula Jordan, Berlin, OK; sister, Tracey Jordan, Erick, OK; 1 nephew, Ayden Hildebrand, Berlin, OK, "Blah, Blah, Family" and "about 6 to 10 other people."
