Obituary

Terry Roland Case was born May 21st, 1947 in Orleans, Nebraska to Lydia Alvina (Adams) and Alfred Everett Case. He passed away in Elk City, Oklahoma on Sunday, August 17th, 2025 at the age of 78 years, 2 months and 27 days.

Terry grew up in Independence, Oregon where he attended school graduating in 1965. Shortly after graduation he enlisted in the United States Air Force where he was stationed at various bases including Tinker Air Force Base. It was during this time he was married to Pamela Joy (Massey) on May 23rd, 1966 in Reno, Nevada. Terry's military service led him to volunteer and fly as a radar operator aboard the AWACS aircraft. He was honorably discharged in the early 1990's and found employment with Whinery's Off Airport Parking working his way up to general manager of operations. After the Whinery family sold Terry's loyalty found he and Pam moving to western Oklahoma where he worked with A.L. and Don Whinery at the Flying W Guest Ranch. After leaving the guest ranch he and Pam moved to Oregon in 2003 and 2006 to care for Pam's aging parents. After his retirement, Terry and Pam found their love of RV'ing and traveling with their 5th wheel on vacation trips and back and forth to Oklahoma. Besides spending time with his family and friends, Terry always loved to go fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents; parents-in-law, Hazel and Ken Massey; 6 brothers and sisters.

Terry is survived by his wife of 59 years, Pam, of the home; 2 sons, Tracy Case, Elk City, OK and Trevor Case and wife, Candy, Elk City, OK; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 5 brothers and sisters and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
