Jeffrey Scott "Scotty" Jackson was born on March 20, 1966 to Gaylon and Lanelda (Sears) Jackson in Lubbock, TX. He passed on August 11, 2026 at the age of 60 years, 4 months, and 22 days.

Scotty spent his early childhood in Lubbock, TX. In 1973 the family moved to Sayre, OK where he attended and graduated from Sayre High School in 1985. In 1986, he moved with his mom and dad to Elk City, OK. Scotty's hobbies included crafts, listening to music, and cruising Elk City on his scooter. He never knew a stranger and loved to talk and visit with anyone he could. Scotty was a child at heart and everyone loved him. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents Gaylon and Lanelda Jackson, grandparents Nell and Alton Sears, grandma Berna Dillenger, uncles Earl Sears and Jerry Jackson, and aunt Marcella Hicks.

Scotty is survived by his sister Rebecca Dunn and husband Darryl of Lawton, OK; niece Stephanie Bixel and husband Heath of Charlotte, NC; nephew James King of Lawton, OK; as well as four aunts, many great nieces and nephews; and other extended family and a host of friends.
