Sandra Jean McCullough, 91, of Burns Flat, Oklahoma, passed away on June 29, 2026, Sandra was born on December 16, 1934 in Menard, Texas. She is the daughter of Alice and Floyd Daharsh, of Junction, Texas.

Sandra grew up in Junction surrounded by a beautiful loving family and her beloved siblings, Ed. Vivian, Reba and Mary. She was a graduate of Junction High School. Sandra married the late Thomas Beck Proctor and had four children, Tommy, Gary, Terry, and Mark. She later married the late William "Bill" McCullough. Throughout her life, she was a devoted homemaker and also worked professionally as a military map draftsman and as a telephone dispatch operator. She was known for her exceptional communication skills, kindness, and willingness to help others. Sandra was an excellent cook, she enjoyed gardening, sewing, knitting, cross-stitching, quilting, reading, and caring for her pets. She had a beautiful caring heart. She could tell the best stories and was known for her wisdom, kind demeanor, and quick wit. She was extremely competitive, loved all sports. She especially loved watching her sons play ball. She spent many late nights under the lights and in gymnasiums across multiple states. A true competitor at heart. She was one tough gal!

She is preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Alice Daharsh, her husband Willam McCullough, her sons, Terry Patrick Proctor, and Thomas "Tommy" Beck Proctor, Jr. and her grandsons, Ryan Christopher Proctor, and Terre Patrick Proctor.

She is survived by her sons Gary Michael Proctor (Judy), Mark Shawn Proctor (Anna), her grandchildren, Janet Barton (Chris), Megan Adames-Proctor (Meranda), Michael Proctor (Heather), Tonya Proctor Baudoin (Michael), Austin Thomas Proctor (Pearl), Jesse Michael Proctor (Shelby), Madison Proctor Padgett (Charlie), and her great grandchildren Maddox McNeil, Trent Barton, Abbie Barton, Theresa Baudoin Broussard, Destinie Baudoin Link, Liberty Proctor, Tryson Proctor, Belle Proctor, Isley Proctor, Augie John Proctor, Bishop Michael Proctor, Charles Eugene Padgett III "Cal", Rudy Thomas Proctor and three great great grandchildren, Arya Broussard, Amari Broussard, and Remi Link.

Sandra will be laid to rest at Fairlawn Cemetery, in Elk City, Oklahoma.
