Samuel Andrew Yancey was born and passed away August 8th, 2022 at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, Oklahoma. He is the son of Jasmine Rene Cook and Daniel Andrew Yancey. Samuel was greatly anticipated by his parents and an older sister, Paisley Cook; grandparents, Penny and Bill Cook and also Rachel Whittemire and Jerad Yancey; great grandparents, Bill and Eileen Lawson, Robert Garcia, Shari Wheeler, and Charlotte Poindexter; great great grandmother, Dottie Clothier; aunts and uncles, Mindy Finger and husband, John, Cheyenne Cook, Kayley Presas and husband, Marcelle, Eric Cook, Taylor Yancey and a host of cousins, extended relatives and friends.
