Ryan David Nalley was born on October 3, 1984 to Guy David Nalley and Jean Ann (Nalley) Hay in Cheyenne, OK. He passed on January 19, 2025. Ryan grew up in Cheyenne and attended Cheyenne Public Schools. He graduated with the class of 2003. After graduation, Ryan attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU). He graduated from SWOSU in 2007 with a Bachelor in Business. He lived in Oklahoma City where he worked in retail. In 2011, Ryan was united to marriage to Julie Blaylock and to this union three children were born Daphne, Granger, Isla. They moved to Elk City in 2012 and he began working for CUDD Pressure control and Canyon Trucking before starting with MPLX as a plant operator.
In his spare time, he loved to listen to classic country music, especially Conway Twitty. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. Ryan was a very knowledgeable gun collector. He loved to spend time with his friends and had many life long friends because of his quick wit and ornery personality.
He is preceded in death by father David Nalley, sister Bridget Nalley, maternal grandparents Debbie and Cleo Pierce, paternal grandparents Mildred and Guy Nalley, Barbara and Kenneth Hay and uncle Larry Binion.
He is survived by the mother of his three children, Julie Blaylock, and their three kids, Daphne Nalley, Granger Nalley, and Isla Nalley all of Elk City, OK; mom Jean Ann Hay and father Dee Hay of Cheyenne, OK; brother Josh Nalley and wife Sandra of Wewoka, OK; sister Twila Moler and husband Jeremy of Elk City, OK; nieces Karmen Hignite and husband Ty of Ada, OK and their son Creed, and Jera Moler of Elk City, OK; nephew Teagon Moler and wife Meagan of Elk City, OK and their daughter Mckinley; God Daughter Zara McDaniel; aunts, uncles, extended family and a host of friends.
