Roy Don Jeffers was born on October 14, 1967 to Junior Leroy and Betha Mae (Brewer) Jeffers in Sayre, OK. Roy passed on July 11, 2025 at the age of 57 years, 8 months, and 27 days.

Roy grew up in Sayre, OK with his sister Elizabeth Marie. He attended Sayre Public Schools, graduating with the class of 1986. After high school, Roy attended Vo-Tech in Burns Flat to become a butcher. He began his career as a butcher at Homeland located in Edmond and then he became the butcher at Puckett's in Sayre. Due to illness, Roy had to give up his career as a butcher, but to keep himself busy he still showed up to help the current butcher Harold Rempts in his duties. Roy's favorite pass time was watching WWE and would never miss an episode. He always had a smile and was a happy soul. He easily made friends wherever he went, and maintained all his friendships he made. Roy was a very pleasant person and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Leroy Jeffers, sister Elizabeth Mann, maternal grandparents Jasper and Dorothy Brewer, paternal grandparents Short and Lizzy Jeffers, and aunt Eva Brewer.

He is survived by his mother Betha Jeffers of Sayre, OK; uncles Henry Brewer and wife Diane of Oklahoma City, OK, Buster Brewer and wife Olene of Sayre, OK, Jimmy Brewer and wife Becky of Sayre, OK, and Junior Brewer of Sayre, OK; many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
