Rebecca Lynn Rutledge was born September 30th, 1955 in Lubbock, Texas to Doris Fern (Courtney) and Jack Lowrance. She passed away at Elk City, Oklahoma on Thursday, January 4th, 2024 at the age of 68 years, 3 months and 5 days.

Rebecca, known by most as "Becky", was preceded in death by her parents; son, Justin Rutledge; sister, Donna Vermillion; and one brother, Jack Lowrance.

Becky is survived by her 2 daughters, Debbie Foster, Omaha, NE and Jennifer Rutledge, Elk City, OK; 4 grandchildren, Joshua Waltrip, Caleb Waltrip, Wyatt Waltrip, and Corbin Waltrip; 2 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Eddie Lowrance and a host of other relatives and friends.
