Raymond Lyn Stahlman was born November 1st, 1965 in Springfield, Missouri to Patrica JoAnn (Thayn) and Russell Stahlman. He passed away in Elk City on Monday, December 22nd, 2025 at the age of 60 years, 1 month, and 21 days.

Raymond, known by most as "Ray", grew up in the Springfield, Missouri area where he attended school. After his schooling he moved to Elk City, Oklahoma with his uncle. Ray found employment preforming odd jobs with local merchants. He also met Angela Louise (Tillman) at this time and as their relationship grew they were later married on April 26, 1985. In the late 1980's, Ray began his career in over the road freight trucking where he drove thousands of miles going all over the United States. In 2009 he began driving a truck in the oil and natural gas industry which kept his closer to his family. In 2017, because of an injury, Ray was forced to retire where he could be found cooking, collecting miniature die cast cars, playing on his phone, and spending time with his family and friends. Ray especially enjoyed his time with his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Ray is survived by his wife, Angie, of the home; 7 children, Patrick Stahlman and wife, Ashley, Erick, OK, Kristi Stahlman, Tulsa, OK, Heather Stahlman, Sayre, OK, Cynthia Stahlman, Texas, Raymond Stahlman, Jr., California, Trevor Stahlman, Utah, and Cody Stahlman, Elk City, OK; 11 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
