Percy C. Casper Sr. 81 passed away at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in Elk City, Oklahoma on July 28th, 2026 at 1:50 AM, leaving behind Love, Kindness and Strength.

Percy accepted Christ at an early age and later joined Grace Temple Worship Center in 2018. Percy was man who loved God and family. He loved helping others, mowing grass for others, and he also loved playing domino's and OU Football and Baseball.

Percy Graduated from Elk City high School in 1963. Afterward he started working for Kelley's Dairy for several years then 3M Company for many years then started working at the Elk City Junior High School were he retired July 2007.

He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur & Lillie Coward, brother Bennie Morris, brother Earnest Crawford and sister Floydene Walker Hughes.

He is survived by his wife Ann Casper of Elk City, daughter Carla Dawson (John) of Warrenville IL, son Percy Casper Jr. of Enterprise Al., daughter Talynn Jones of Oklahoma City, sister-in-law Carolyn Blaylock of Odessa, Tx., sister-in-law Christine Crawford of Dallas Tx. 4 grandsons, Garrhett Casper, Laundra Casper, Donte Dawson, Quincy Jones, 6 great-grand kids, and a host of nieces and nephews.
