Patricia Diane Cole-Morse was born January 4th, 1949 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Doris and Clarence Whitaker. She passed away in Elk City on Thursday, December 29th, 2022 at the age of 73 years, 11 months and 25 days.

Patricia, known to many at Patti, grew up with her parents in Michigan until the age of 10 when they moved to California. She lived in Anaheim, California where she attended school graduating in the late 60's. Shortly after her graduation she was married to Ronald Cole and through this union 3 children were born, Ronnie, Richard, and Brian. They continued to live in California until 1969 when Ronald joined the United States Army. After enlistment, they moved to Virginia, Hawaii, and Texas. Patricia obtained her bachelor's degree in nursing. After her and Ronald's marriage dissolved she moved back to California. It was here that she met and was married to Brad Morse in Las Vegas, Nevada in 1997. They made their home in California until Brad's passing in 2005. Patti moved back to Elk City, Oklahoma where she made her home. She enjoyed arts and crafts, beading, studying and researching Southwest Native American history, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; both husbands, Ronald and Brad; and 1 infant son, Ronnie Cole.

Patti is survived by her 2 sons, Richard Cole and wife, Mary, Brian Cole, both of Elk City, OK; 5 grandchildren, Braedon, Nathanael, Connar, Emery, and Lillian Cole; 1 sister, 1 brother, and a host of other relatives and friends.
