Patricia Ann McDonald was born October 13, 1938 in Lubbock, Texas to Hugo and Thelma Rose (Glass) Looper and passed on February 9th, 2024 in her Elk City, Oklahoma home.

Patricia attended Elk City schools growing up. After successful completion of high school, she went on to complete several semesters of college. After college, Patricia went on to dedicate over 20 years of service to City Hall of Elk City.

Patricia's faith was incredibly important to her. Patricia's interests included poetry, music, British TV, old movies, and John Wayne. Patricia was an active resident of the Elk City Nursing Home, being selected as Resident of the Month on more than one occasion.

Patricia is survived by daughter Cindy McDonald, grandsons, Ian and Zachary Morris, brothers, Dean Looper & wife, Wanda, and David Looper & wife, Diane, many nieces and nephews, and best friend of 48 years, Alice Gage.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Hugo Gerald Looper and her mother, Thelma Rose (Glass) Looper, and brother, Gerald Looper.
