Onilda Ruth "Nellie" Price was born on February 21, 1944 to Robert George and Frances Elizabeth (Barclay) Docter in Lancaster, OH. She passed in Elk City, OK on November 12, 2024 at the age of 80 years, 8 months, and 23 days.

Nellie grew up in Lancaster, OH. She attended Lancaster Public School and graduated with the class of 1962. After graduation she attended Middle Town School of Nursing in Middle Town, OH where she obtained her Registered Nurse license. She worked at the Valley View Nursing Home, Columbus Developmental Center, and Grant Medical Center in Lancaster, OH as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse. In 1994 Nellie moved to Burns Flat, OK where she continued her career at Thomas Hospital and Great Plains Regional Hospital. Nellie moved to Oklahoma City in 2000 where she worked at St. Anthony's Hospital. After being a Registered Psychiatric Nurse for 44 years, She retired and moved back to Burns Flat to be close to family.

In her spare time, she loved talking to her friends and family on the phone, especially her grandkids. She was a very social person and also would be found chatting on her computer. Nellie liked to play games on her computer and she loved to travel when she was able.

She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Frances Docter, brother Gary Docter, and sister Carol Kiger.

Nellie is survived by her three children Tyler Morgan of Burns Flat, OK, Nyle Price of Burns Flat, OK, and Nathan Price and wife Sarah of Elk City, OK; 17 grandchildren and four great grandchildren and one on the way; many nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
