Myles Edward Storck was born January 7th, 1967 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Vernona Maurine (Thralls) and Jack Lawrence Storck. He passed away Friday, June 24th, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age 55 years, 5 months and 17 days. Myles grew up in Ripley and Garber, Oklahoma where he attended school. After school he began his 32 year career in the oil and natural gas industry. It was during this time that he met and was later married to Cathy Jo (Tiger) on March 28th, 2003. After their marriage they lived in Elk City before moving to Cordell, Oklahoma where they made their home. After exiting the oil and natural gas industry he began studying and devoting his time to learning the trade and art of tree removal. He began his work in that field in 2010 and for the past 5 years, Myles has been a private contractor in the tree removal industry. Besides his strong work ethic, Myles was a family man and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family and especially his three children along with his friends of whom he also considered his family. He is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents K.O. and Grace Thralls and Ruth Storck-Riach. Myles is survived his wife, Cathy, of the home; 3 children, Jorie, Gracee, Jalissa Storck, all of the home; 1 grand daughter, Skye Storck; sister, June Shockley and husband, Michael, Wichita, KS and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Memorial services are being planned for a later date at the 4th & College Church of Christ in Cordell, Oklahoma officiated by Josh Yeager.
