Mandy Gail Trollinger-Smyth was born December 10th, 1975 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Roslyn Cobb (Brodgon) and Johnny Everett Trollinger. She passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Saturday, July 4th, 2026 at the age of 50 years, 6 months and 24 days.

At the age of 6, Mandy moved with her family to Elk City, Oklahoma. She attended Merritt Schools and later received her diploma in 1993. Mandy began her family in 1996 and was married to Austin Smyth that same year in Wheeler, Texas. They made their home in Cheyenne, Oklahoma where they raised their family. In 2007 she moved back to Elk City where she was a caretaker for her mother and children. Throughout her life, Mandy enjoyed arts and crafts, playing video games, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends. Her greatest joy in life was her children and supporting them.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Clara Elkins, Lewis Trollinger, Marvin Brogdon, Ann McMullen; the father of her children, Austin Smyth; nephew, Maddox Leggett; cousins, Harold Happy and Michael Alverado.

Mandy is survived by her 3 sons, Riley Smyth, Oklahoma City, OK, Zachary Smyth, Yukon, OK, and Greyson Smyth, Elk City, OK; her bonus son, Ryan Smyth, Elk City, OK; her parents, Johnny and Roslyn Trollinger, Elk City, OK; siblings, Teresa Sizer, Richard Trollinger and Shawna Parsley; her companion, Randy Walker and a host of other relatives and friends.
