Lola Frances Hildebrand was born July 24th, 1930 in Berlin, Oklahoma to Lola Pearl (Arnold) and Jessie Francis Harrington. She passed away in Houston, Texas on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025 at the age of 94 years, 5 months and 14 days.

Lola grew up in Berlin, Oklahoma where she attended school. She was married to Ralph "Bud" Hildebrand on February 1, 1947 in Sayre, Oklahoma. After their marriage made their home in the Delhi community where she helped Bud on the farm and raised their family. In 1962 they moved to Mojave, California where they resided for close to 20 years. During this time she found employment as the office manager for the Mojave Water Department while Bud worked for Ashland Chemical Company. After a brief stay in Pampa, Texas they returned to Sayre where they made their home. Lola played the piano and organ in the Baptist Church in Mojave, California, Berlin, Delhi, and Spring Creek, Oklahoma as well as being a part of the prison ministry with the Sayre congregation. Beside enjoying fellowship with her church family she also enjoyed sewing and spending time with children, grandchildren, other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; 2 brothers, Lee Harrington and Mack Harrington; 3 sisters, Faye Jensen, Rae Wright, and Joyce Weaver.

Lola is survived by her 3 children, Rodney Hildebrand and wife, Joyce, Nacogdoches, TX, Linda Chapman and husband, Steve, Houston, TX, and Pamela Bosh and husband, Wayne, Twin Falls, ID; 5 grandchildren, Jerod Bosh, Jessica Bartlett, Norla LaMonte and husband, Brad, Travis Hildebrand and wife, Megan, and Cristy Bunnell and husband, Bryan; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter and a host of oher relatives and friends.
