Kevin Lee Luttrell was born July 2nd, 1962 in Pampa, Texas to Edd Url (Talbot) and Dan Luttrell. He passed away Monday, April 3rd, 2023 at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 60 years, 9 months and 1 day.

Kevin grew up in Wheeler, Texas where he began his school years. He later moved to Elk City with his family where he attended high school graduating in 1981. Kevin also attended Vo-Tech and got his Specialized Mechanic Certification. He found employment driving a truck hauling cattle to various places. In 1983 he welcomed the birth of his daughter, Heather. Kevin continued to drive a truck and would take periodic breaks from driving and pick up mechanic work at various places including Custer County. Kevin was the life of the party and enjoyed tinkering with tractors and never backed down from the challenge of tearing a mechanic project apart and fixing it.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Kevin is survived by his daughter, Heather Martin and family, Sayre, OK and numerous other family members. He is also survived by special friends, Jody Darling, Bobby Neece, and Richard Baker.
