June Tice Allen was born April 30th, 1938 in Sweetwater, Oklahoma to Nina Ione (Campbell) and Herman Leo Isch. She passed away at her daughter's home east of Cheyenne, Oklahoma on Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 at the age of 84 years and 10 months.

June grew up in Reydon, Oklahoma where she attended school. During her time in school she was active on the Reydon basketball team, played the glockenspiel, and was also the drum majorette in the band. At the age of 16 she was married to Clyde Tice, Jr. on November 20, 1954. After their marriage, June continued to attend school at Reydon and graduated via correspondence in 1956. Together June and Clyde moved to various places following Clyde's profession as a ranch cowboy. Throughout the years they always found themselves coming back to Reydon where they remained in 1984. After their return, June cared for her mother. After Clyde's passing on July 30th, 1994 she began taking classes to get her Certified Nurses Assistant certification. After she received her certification, she found employment with the Roger Mills Home health and continued until they closed. June, not being one to sit still, then became a healthcare provider for the elderly in Cheyenne and the surrounding communities. She later married Fred Allen on April 30th, 2000 and they made their home in Cheyenne where she worked at the Cheyenne Motel until her retirement in 2019. June enjoyed crocheting, cooking and making homemade meals for the family, growing a garden, dancing, and being the best mother and person for her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, both husbands; and 6 brothers, Billy, Ira Lee, John, Lonnie, Jack, and Joe Isch.

June is survived by her 4 children, Kelly Tice, Cheyenne, OK, Karen Elliott and husband, Kyle, Elk City, OK, Kody Martin and husband, David, Foss, OK, and Kolby Tice and wife, Melinda, Oklahoma City, OK; 4 grandchildren, Anne York, Clif Parker, Karina Tice, and Eva Tice; 5 great grandchildren, Isaac, Destiny, Kerri, Andrew, and Allyssa. She was known "Aunt Junie" and "Big Mom" to many many other generations in the Reydon area.
