Jessie Ray Kelley was born November 23rd, 1966 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Billie and Frances Kelley. He passed away December 24th, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 56 years, 1 month, and 1 day.

Jessie went to school in Elk City where he lived all of his life. He enjoyed yard work, music, building things, and loved spending time with his friends and family.

He was preceded in death by his parents; both sets of grandparents; one sister, Gwenda Hudson; 2 nephews, Kelley and Robert Boyer; and several other nieces and nephews.

He is survived by 4 sons, Cody Kelley, Cry Kelley, Jessie Dillon Kelley, and Carmen Kelley; 1 daughter, Amy Magpie; several granchildren; 3 sisters, Janice Miller, Anita Crawford, and Dedra Kelley; 4 brothers, Allen Kelley, Mike Kelley, Carey Bradley, and Bill Moore as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
