Jerry Fate Robison "Jerry Q Psqually" was born on July 22, 1976 a tiny baby boy. The proud parents were Dale and natalie Robison. Jerry Fate robison weighed in at 6 pounds 7 ounces and was 19 inches tall. He was named after his great grandfather Jerry LaFayette Robison.

Jerry began his working career at an early age when he went to work at the Reydon gas station for his Aunt Colleen and Uncle Gary. He would pump fuel and wash windows at the full service station. When he was 10, the Robison family began spending summers in Idaho working for a packing and guiding service for Pam and Dave Stucker.

Fresh out of high school, Jerry would return to Idaho to work on the Nez Perc National Forest as part of the Wildland Fire Crew. His expertise with horses and mules would get him extra duties working with the Forest Service horse/mule string.

A little further down the path of life, Jerry worked as an explosive technician on a road crew in Colorado. He also worked as a sanitation distributor hauling port-a-pots all over Oklahoma for delivery of "goods" and services. Like any other young man in Western Oklahoma, Jerry spent his time in the oil patch.

Eventually Jerry would return to the family farm where he would hang a shingle as "Jerry's Custom Welding". He worked for many local farmers as well as farming his own land. As most folks know, Jerry was one heck of a mechanic. People from all over the state would bring their vehicles to Jerry. He worked on everything from chainsaws, lawn mowers, weed eaters, big engines and his moms classic cars.

Jerry attended school at Reydon through the 7th grade, then the family moved to Sweetwater where he graduated from high school. He attended Oklahoma State University Vo-Tech at Okmulgee, Oklahoma taking classes in diesel mechanics.

Jerry was a cowboy through and through; riding horseback from the plains of Oklahoma to the mountains in Idaho and many states in between. He enjoyed working with wood, welding, hunting, fishing, camping, riding motorcycles, riding horseback, going to the sand dunes and playing in the mud pits with family and friends. Jerry also enjoyed cooking on a campfire or a grill. No one can cook beans quite like Jerry could. His beans and "flat pancakes" were the best! His favorite thing was sitting around the campfire "shooting the breeze" with family and friends.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Dale Robison, Sr.; grandparents, Orville and Dora Mae Robison, and Walter "Hipper" and Olive Spurlin; 3 uncles, Paul and Irene Spurlin, and Don Robison; 3 aunts, Leila Gibson, Evelyn Porter, Dean Robison.

He is survived by his wife, Misty, Henryetta, OK; 5 children, Justin Robison, Wyatt Robison, both of Henryetta, OK, Josie Ruger, Allison, TX, Tyrel Mayfield, Colorado Springs, CO, and Travis Britton, Elk City, OK; 3 grandchildren, Melodee, Brian and Hazel; his mother, Natalie Robison, Rocky, OK; brother, Norman Dale Robison and wife, Jesi, Beaver, OK; sister, Dalea Robison and Colin Perry, Sweetwater, OK as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends and family.

Jerry passed from this life on October 27th, 2024 at the age of 48 years, 3 months and 5 days. Each and every person in this room has precious memories of their time spent with Jerry. Please share your stories or adventures with the family or each other.
