Jeannie Ann Allen was born August 10th, 1975 in El Reno, Oklahoma to Robbie Lynn (Armstrong) and Kenneth Glenn Allen. She passed away at her home in Elk City, Oklahoma on Wednesday, May 10th, 2023 at the age of 47 years and 9 months.

Jeannie grew up in Elk City where she attended school. During her teen years she was baptized on January 10th, 1988 before graduating from Elk City High School in 1994. After graduation she furthered her education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Sayre where she received her associates degree. Even with the difficulties Jeannie had with her health, she held various jobs but always felt her family was a priority and dedicated her life to caring for her family including her nieces and nephews. She also was the main cook for the family and enjoyed everyone coming to her for questions or a bite to eat. Jeannie loved to garden, swim and anything that would put her in the sunshine.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Junior and Emma Jean Armstrong and Ardell and Josie Allen; and brother-in-law, Troy Jordan.

Jeannie is survived by her parents, Kenneth and Robbie Allen, Elk City, OK; 2 sisters, Josie Bennight and husband, Jeremy, Yukon, OK, and Jessi Caswell and husband, Buck, Elk City, OK; grandmother, Sue Flowers, Elk City, OK; 5 nieces and nephews, Saxon Jordan and wife, Sam, Justin Joran and wife, Tryston, Callie Caswell, Cory Caswell, Ashton Bennight; 1 great niece, Kaelor Jordan; 1 great nephew, Brantley Jordan and a host of relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held Monday, May 15th, 2023 at 10:00 AM at the Elk City First Baptist Church officiated by Danny Ringer. Arrangements are under the direction of Chris Whinery and the staff of Affordable Cremation Service-West. Condolences can be made online at www.classicfunerals.com
