Jeanne Sue Dacus was born February 28th, 1957 in Sentinel, Oklahoma to Bonnie Jean (Cook) and Marlyn Dean Dacus. She passed away at her home in Dill City, Oklahoma on Thursday, March 12th, 2026 at the age of 69 years and 12 days.

Jeanne grew up in Yukon, Oklahoma where she attended school. Throughout Jeanne's childhood she spent weekends and holidays at the family farm near Dill City, Oklahoma with her family. She graduated in 1975 and began her family with the birth of her children, Dusty and Jennifer. She remained in the Oklahoma City metro area eventually attending nursing school at Canadian Valley Technology Center in El Reno, Oklahoma. Jeanne moved to Dill City, Oklahoma in 1989 where she continued her career in the healthcare industry until her retirement in 2010. After her retirement, she enjoyed attending and be a member of the Dill City Church of Christ, Reading James Patterson novels, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Thomas Hall, Jr.

Jeanne is survived by her son, Dusty Dacus and partner, Tressa Toto, Santee, CA; daughter, Jennifer Logan and partner, Critten Gardner, III, Dill City, OK; 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sister, Shirley Dacus; brother, Clifton Dacus and wife, Melinda and a host of other relatives and friends.
