Jacob Chase Windle was born March 4th, 2003 in Altus, Oklahoma to Leslie Monica (Brooks) and Danny Lee Windle. He passed away at Elk City, Oklahoma on December 6th, 2024 at the age of 21 years, 9 months and 2 days.

Jacob grew up in Granite, Hobart, and Sayre, Oklahoma. He graduated high school in Sayre in 2021. While in high school he met Katie Wood and they continued to form a relationship. After graduation he remained in Sayre where he made a home with Katie and found employment at Walmart and also Hutch's. Jacob was fun, loving, and caring for not only people and children, but for animals and especially dogs. Their home has often been referred to as a vet clinic or dog boarding location or dog hotel. Jacobs heart was one that was big enough that he cared for everyone in his own way and would give his shirt off of his back to a stranger. He also enjoyed his time with his family and listening to music, gaming.

He is preceded in death by his mother; grandparents; great grandparents and two aunts.

Jacob is survived by life companion, Katie Wood; one brother, Joel Windle, Thomas, OK; one sister, Monica Hall and husband, Corbin, Elk City, OK; two uncles, Tony Brooks and Ashley, Sayre, OK, Keith and Barbara Brooks, Altus, OK; two aunts, Kaci Hood and husband, Darren, Sayre, OK, and Liz Zapata, Hobart, OK; cousins, Kynlee and Marshall Brooks, Morgin Lohberger, Colby Brooks, Mark Brooks, Danica Roberts, Remington Scott, Elisha Scott, and Patricia Scott; nieces and nephews, Knox and Kennedy Hall, Riley and Ruger Windle and a host of other relatives, dogs, and friends.
