Obituary

ALWAYS TOGETHER ALWAYS Donna Sue (McClure) Kindsfather was born on February 15, 1951, in Pampa, Texas, to Harvey Lee and Jo Ellen (Costiloe) McClure. Donna lived near Plainview, Oklahoma, during her youth. She attended all of her school years at Erick, Oklahoma, where she met her husband, James, when he came to Erick as a freshman in high school. Donna and James have been almost inseparable since graduating from Erick in 1969. They were married at the Erick church of Christ on February 7, 1970, and attended all of their college years together. Donna worked at two jobs while attending SWOSU, then for Southwestern Bell at Clinton, before she started her teaching career at Altus. She taught there until 1977 when daughter, Jaimea Dionne, was born. Then, in 1979, a son, Jarren Neil, was born. Donna was a stay at home mom for several years. She taught a summer at WOSC and at Southwest Technology Center at Altus. She and her family then moved back around their home place and she taught at Sayre and Erick, totaling 29 years. Donna thoroughly enjoyed her years of teaching! Donna enjoyed being by James' side all of their fifty plus years, and she has treasured being with all her family through the years. She was especially close to both their parents, as well as other family members. Donna was always there to support Jaimea and Jarren, and has enjoyed watching their families grow and succeed. A large part of her married life has always been centered around their dedication to the church of Christ. They have enjoyed the many friends and acquaintances along the journey.
