Donna Gail Brinkley of Erick, Oklahoma passed away at her home on August 6, 2026 at the age of 66. She was born to GC and Linda Simpson on February 12, 1960 in Erick, OK and graduated from Carter High School in 1978.

She made her home in Erick with the love of her life, Billy Brinkley after their marriage 2007. Donna's greatest joy in life was caring for her children and grandchildren. In her free time she could often be found taking care of her flowers and houseplants.

She was preceded in death by her parents, GC and Linda Simpson; brother, Bobby Simpson; and her late husband Bucky Don Boyd.

Left to cherish her memory on earth is her husband, Billy Brinkley; children, Jeremy Simpson, Johnny Boyd, Shane Boyd and wife Shyla, and Macy Boyd; step-children, Lindsey Brinkley and Billie Jo Brinkley; 13 grandchildren, Dakayta, Gavin, Rylee, Keyson, Kyler, Jagger, Korbyn, Dalton, Piper, Gannon, Andi, Lily, Bentley; brother, Roger Simpson; brothers and sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
