Donald "Don" Charles Mueller was born on December 13th, 1941 to Wilhelm and Otillie (Kempf) Mueller on the family farm in Custer County. He passed on February 11th, 2024 in Elk City, OK at the age of 82 years, 1 month, and 29 days.

Don grew up on the family farm in Custer County. He attended the rural Vicksburg Area school until he transferred to Arapaho Schools and graduated with the class of 1960. Don joined the United States Army and served for two years before being honorably discharged. After the Army, Don came back to Custer County to farm with his dad.

On August 1,1970, Don married Candy Comer at the preacher's house in Canton, OK. To this union two children were born: Canda and Will. Don spent his entire life working on the family farm in Custer County. He loved his life on the farm raising sheep and cattle. Don was a kind and generous man willing to help anyone. His favorite thing was to spend time with his family and nurture that special bond between them.

He is preceded in death by his parents Wilhelm and Otillie Mueller, wife Candy Mueller, sister Arline Fisher, brother Richard Mueller.

He is survived by his daughter Canda Mueller of Arapaho, OK; Will Mueller and wife Jenny of Clinton, OK; special niece Lori Hamburger of Pawhuska, OK; and many other nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
