Debra Kay DeLeon was born February 11th, 1960 in Borger, Texas to Wilma LaVonne (Martin) and Charles Travis "C.T." Masterson. She passed away at her home in Erick, Oklahoma on Sunday, January 1st, 2023 at the age of 62 years, 10 months and 21 days.

Debra, known by most as Debbie, grew up in the Erick and Texola communities. She attended school at Erick School and was married to Johnny Manuel DeLeon on March 1st, 1979. After their marriage they made their home in Erick, Oklahoma except a few months spent in Fritch, Texas. Debbie worked at various places but her main occupation was at West Oak where she was a production supervisor where they built mainly circuit boards for a variety of company's including Ditch Witch and NASA. Debbie remained with West Oak for close to 20 years before her health forced her retirement in 2020. As a young girl she enjoyed horses, loving her toy poodle "Lucky", and spending time with her husband, daughter, other family, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father, C.T. Masterson; step-father, Bobby Dennis; father-in-law, Manuel DeLeon; brother-in-law, Manuel Deleon, Jr; and great niece, Taylor Gibson.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 43 years, Johnny, of the home; her daughter, Candy DeLeon, Erick, OK; mother, Wilma Dennis, Fritch, TX; sister, Liz Greene and husband, Ricky, and their children, Tim Greene and sons, Hunter and Easton, and Misty Johnson and husband, Rick and their children, Madisyn, Beckham, Colston, and Kaseton; siblings, Rob and Ashley Dennis, and Angela Dennis; mother-in-law, Ofilia DeLeon; brothers and sisters-in-law, Randy Rogers and wife Ophelia, Lupie Deleon, Ramiro and wife, Vickie DeLeon, Israel DeLeon and wife, Linda, Minerva Bussey and husband, Harold, Mary Manning and husband, Jerry, Amelia Keahey and husband, Charles, Linda Tommie and husband, Tom Rosson, Irma Rainey and husband, George, Patty Robertson and husband, Jody, Eloy DeLeon and wife, Stacie, Sylvia Deleon and Tracy Burch, and Mark DeLeon and wife, Amy; 55 nieces and nephews, 68 great nieces and nephews, 6 great great nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 6th, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Erick Church of Christ officiated by Rev. Mary Ingram and Mark DeLeon.
