Dawn LeAnn Johnson was born August 20th, 1979 in San Bernardino, California to Kimberly Ann (Campbell) and Robert Lee Leslie. She passed away at Elk City on Friday, March 8th, 2024 at the age of 44 years, 6 months and 17 days.

Dawn grew up in western Oklahoma area where she attended school at Elk City. After school she found employment with Hardee's and remained there through the transition to Carl's Jr. After leaving Carl's Jr. she worked at the Elk City Skating Rink where she worked for close to 5 years. Close to a year later she began working in the home healthcare industry where she cared for the elderly. She began her family and focused on raising her family. It wasn't until 2011 that she went back to work finding employment at Simon's Catch. Dawn enjoyed fishing, dirt track racing, spending time with her family and especially her children.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Colton; and one uncle, Gerold Campbell.

Dawn is survived by her husband, Roy, of the home; 1 son, Hayden Johnson, of the home; 15 plus bonus children; 1 brother, Bubba Leslie, Sayre, OK; 1 sister, Michelle Bryant, Sayre, OK and a host of other relatives and friends.
