Mr. David Wilhite , age 66, passed away Tuesday, December 6th, 2022 in his home in Burns Flat, OK.

Dave was born June 26th, 1956 in Pike County, Kentucky. He was one of twelve children born to the late Edsil Wilhite and Margaret Jean Varney. During his life, he lived in Kentucky, Ohio, Arizona, and Oklahoma. In his lifetime, he stayed active, working hard as a farm/ranch hand, a roofer, and general laborer. In his later years, he worked various side jobs, doing lawn care, outside work, and was a handyman. He was known as "Uncle Dave" to many. Not only was he free spirited, but had an amazing sense of humor.  Dave had an abundance of friends and maintained close ties with his family. He loved people and making them laugh.

He was preceeded in death by his parents Edsil & Margaret Wilhite; brothers Donnie, Roger, Ronnie, Eddie Ray, Johnny Paul Wilhite, and oldest sister Judy Wilhite Tiller. Uncle Dave is loved and will be missed by many.

He leaves behind his loving life partner Ruby Jewell Jones, five siblings, Terry Wilhite, Sibley Alec Wilhite, Linda Wilhite Brock, Denver Wilhite, and Christine Wilhite Massey. He also had one daughter, Deann White, two goddaughters, Billie Dawn Baker Stamm and Michelle Lynn Griffin, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends. Dave will forever hold a place in our hearts and has left many loving memories to cherish.

The family is requesting monetary gifts be made to help offset the cost of final arrangements. Gifts may be made to Chris Whinery at Affordable Cremation services in Elk City, OK.
