Danny Greg Tucker was born on September 7th, 1958 at Sayre, Oklahoma. His parents are LaVerne (Cox) and Earl Tucker of Sunny Point, Oklahoma. Danny passed away on September 13th, 2025 at the age of 67 years and 6 days.

Danny was a devoted Christian and a member of the Buffalo Baptist Church. He has attended the Buffalo Baptist Church his entire life. Danny's morning routine was a cup of coffee with the Lord as he read his Bible and a daily devotional. One of the major highlights of his life was when he received his GED and took part in a graduation ceremony. His lifetime occupation was in the oil field where he worked as a rig hand and later owned and operated Tuck's Ditching. His company serviced oil sites in the Texas panhandle and Oklahoma. Danny had returned to the family centennial farm to take care of his mother and work. He enjoyed plowing the red Buffalo Creek soil with his John Deere tractor. (He was a rebel in an International tractor family). He was in the process of building a herd of black cows to roam on Buffalo Creek. Comments concerning Danny are "He is ready to help anyone.", "He is pretty handy to have around", "He is a pretty good chore hand", and his mother said "He took very good care of me". In his spare time, he never turned down an opportunity to do some fishing.

Danny is preceded in death by his father, Earl Tucker and sister, Earlene Rose.

He is survived by his much-loved family. Son, Danny Shane Tucker, grandsons, Danny Shane, Jr., Dante, and Dane; mother, Laverne Tucker; brother Tommy Tucker and wife, Nelda; brother-in-law, Henry Rose; special niece Junita Powers and husband, Wes (Tuff), other family members including Lisa Bowman and husband, Greg, Monte Tucker and wife, Danielle, Justin Rose, Tyler Carey, Mason Tucker, Reed Tucker, Grant Powers, Guthrie Powers, Kaylyn Rose, Kaycee Rose, Bristol Rose, Cooper Bowman and wife, Kory, Rayanne Button and husband, Dakota and a host of other relatives and friends.
