Crystal Michelle Mayhall was born on February 5th, 1973 to James Edward Welch and Jo Ann Thomas in Talequah, OK. She passed on August 12, 2024 at her home in Sayre surrounded by loved ones at the age of 51 years, 6 months, and 7 days.

Crystal grew up in Keota, OK and Fort Smith, AR. She attended school mainly at Fort Smith schools. After school, She began doing factory work at Southern Steel and Wire. Crystal also served as a bartender. Crystal met Justice Mayhall in Spiro, OK and they were married on October 11, 2013 in Sebastian County, AR. In 2019 Justice and Crystal made their home in Sayre, OK.

Crystal loved the outdoor life and participating in recreational activity such as camping and fishing.

She is preceded in death by her brother Judson Heath Thomas and grandmother Lilly Mae Thomas.

Crystal is survived by her husband of the home Justice Mayhall; son Christopher Welch; grandson Atticus Stone; father James Welch of Keota, OK; mother Jo Ann Mooring of Spiro, OK; brothers Jamie Don Welch of Elk City, OK, Marty Wayne Thomas of Spiro, OK, Timothy Welch of Stigler, OK, Levi Welch of Fort Smith, AR, and Dusty Welch of Keota, OK; sister Patricia Capehart of Stigler, OK, and Teresa Pfeifer of Colorado Springs; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends.
