Connie Ann Hall was born on June 24, 1974, to Joel R. and Shirley L. (Welch) Pruitt in Oklahoma City, OK. She passed away on January 3, 2025, after a short battle with end-stage pancreatic cancer in her home surrounded by family at the age of 50 years, 6 months, and 10 days.

Connie grew up in Elk City, attending Elk City Public Schools. During this time, she met the love of her life, David Fowler Hall, who took her hand in marriage on December 16, 1991. They then worked on growing their family of two into a family of five after having three children together. Their Oldest child, Bradley J. Hall, was born on March 6th, 1996; their second child, Jennifer A. Hall, was born on October 21st, 1998, and the third child, William C. Hall, was born on April 9th, 2004.

While growing their family, Connie sought to improve her family's life by continuing her education. She felt the need to pursue her love of hair and decided to attend Aladdin's Beauty College in Clinton to earn a cosmetology degree. After graduation, she opened her salon, Hair Techniques, in Elk City. Later, she sold her business to become a full-time homemaker. During this time, she cared for her family, including her mother-in-law, father, and, later, her father-in-law.

She had a special love for her grand-kids, always finding joy in their laughter and company. Connie's eyes would light up whenever she was around her grand-babies, and she had a natural way of making them smile. She wanted nothing more than to be there for them as they grew older and found their lives. Her grandchildren were always at the top of her mind , and she wanted nothing less than them to have the best.

The highlight of her year was always the family reunions when she could reconnect with loved ones she hadn't seen as often as she would have liked. Spending time with her many cousins and their children brought her joy. She loved spending time with family and often brought her friends to hang out with them. The nights spent together with her people, hooting and hollering, kept her fueled all year long until she got to see them again.

Her fond memories of trips with the family she created always brought her joy. The road trips she took with her husband and children to show them the world they knew—the times with her husband to see new sights. Connie made many memories with the family she pioneered both domestically and abroad. Those memories live on through the family and will always be fond.

Connie was a kind and thoughtful person who was always the first to help someone in need—often opening her home to loved ones. She loved deeply, and that love showed through in everything she did. She was always there for her family and friends, ensuring they felt cherished and supported. She would give everything she could to ensure the loved ones were cared for. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impact on everyone around her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joel and Shirley Pruitt, and aunts and uncles, William and Shirley Welch, Gene and Mildred Welch, Loyd and Pearl Brown, John and Judy Welch, James and Judy Welch, and Roy Welch.

Connie is survived by her significant other, David Hall, of Elk City, OK; her children Bradley Ashbacher Hall and wife Kaili of Newcastle, OK; Jennifer Johnston and husband Brent of Elk City, OK; and William Connor Hall and wife Beigelee of Cheyenne, OK; her grandchildren Elizabeth, Oakley, and Blake; her brother Jody Pruitt and wife Lori of Sayre, OK; her Uncle Lloyd Pruitt of Elk City; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of friends.
