Connie Lynn Ainsworth was born March 21st, 1960 in Cordell, Oklahoma to Carol Josephine (Richmond) and Thomas "Junior" Gotleib Walters, Jr. She passed away at her home in Ft. Worth, Texas on Saturday, November 29th, 2025 at the age of 65 years, 8 months and 8 days.
Connie grew up in Dill City, Oklahoma where she attended school graduating as part of the class of 1978. During her senior year in high school she was married to Alan Griffin Ainsworth in Dill City, Oklahoma. After their marriage they moved to Weatherford, Oklahoma following Alan's education at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Together, in 1984, they moved, in a horse trailer, to Houston, Texas where Connie found employment as a dental assistant. In 1987 they moved their family to Arlington and later Weatherford, Texas where they raised their family. In 2002 Connie and Alan moved to Tyler, Texas to help start a ministry. In 2015 they settled in Benbrook, Texas where they currently reside. Connie spent the majority of her life caring for her family as a homemaker, working with her church and witnessing, home decorations, hunting with her husband, and spending time with her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Robert and violet Marie Fonville; her parents, JR Walters and Carol Jo Walters; her brother Corey Gee Walters; and nephew Colin Walters.
Connie is survived by her loving family, including; her husband Alan G. Ainsworth, Ft. Worth, TX. Her children, Jeremy Ainsworth and wife, Starr, Tyler, TX, Jade Goar and husband, Matthew, Bradenton, FL, and Austin Ainsworth, Ft. Worth, TX; 4 grandchildren, Renee, Harper, and Josiah Ainsworth, and Rylan Goar; sister, Cathy Ann Walters, Dill City, OK; brother, Cobey Walters, Yukon, OK. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Nancy Harbuck and husband, David; brother-in-law, James Ainsworth; Her nieces and nephews, Brooke Wenninger, Courtney Walters, Regan Walters, Reece Walters, Reanna Walters, Cheyenne Six, Jerald Six, Taylor Harbuck, Blake Mandrell, Tori Aldaz, Alexa Benedict, AJ Ainsworth, and Chelsea Ainsworth as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
