William "Bill" Grover Rosebrook II was born on July 7, 1965 to William Grover and Grace Edna (Kline) Rosebrook in Las Animas, CO. He passed on September 22, 2025 at the age of 60 years, 2 months, and 15 days.

Bill grew up and attended school in Rocky Ford, CO along with his sister Kathy and brother Jack. Bill moved to Ringwood, Oklahoma in 1982 and worked for Cornell Construction. In 1990, Bill moved to Elk City, OK and started working for Caswell Construction driving trucks and earned the handle "Wild Bill". In 1994, he married Shannon LeCrone and to this union two daughters were born Vanessa and Heather. He continued working for Caswell Construction until his passing.

Bill was a very sociable person and loved talking with anybody and everybody. He loved his family and spending time with them especially when it came to his dog, Dixie. He loved the road whether driving a truck or his motorcycle. He was a huge Harley Davidson fan and dreamed of the day he could own a trike. He enjoyed visiting his girls at work where he got the nickname "Clinic Pa".

He is preceded in death by his parents Bill Sr, and Grace Rosebrook, brother-in-law Justin LeCrone, mother-in-law Sharron Miller, and several other extended family.

Bill is survived by his two daughters Vanessa Andrade and husband Chris of Elk City, OK and Heather Rosebrook of Elk City, OK; brother Jack Rosebrook of Elk City, OK; sister Kathy Paschal of Elk City; one nephew; and a host of extended family and friends.
