Belinda Christine Jones was born on December 22,1959 in Littlefield, Texas to Leroy and Wanda Swart.

Belinda was lovingly raised alongside her sister Laveda Gayle by her hard working and playful father and her caring and resourceful mother spending most of her childhood in Sayre.

Belinda was preceded in death by her parents and her sister.

Belinda started her adult life and had children early, and used her drive and determination for the love and betterment of her family to motivate her to go back to college and get her Bachelor's degree in nursing from SWOSU. Once she became a nurse she helped many through emergency rooms, home health, and nursing homes throughout her career. Beyond her work she used her training and experience in a volunteer capacity with the Red Cross and even responded with them to the OKC bombing to help.

Belinda had many seasons in her life and enjoyed bringing her family and friends along with her through those seasons with a good conversation at the store or wherever she happened to encounter a friendly face. Later in life Belinda dealt with a variety of health conditions that lead to a real and present need for help and support from the community around her, which she found, and with that help she found faith and value in the relationships she had grown over a lifetime.

Belinda died on Monday June 9th at Roger Mills Memorial Hospital.

Belinda is survived by her daughter Olivia Eikenbary, son Haskell Gray, and two granddaughters Ryleigh Gray and Aubrey Gray.

She will be loved, missed, and remembered as the mother and friend who was there for her loved ones in whatever way she could.
