Anita Kay Wilson was born May 12th, 1975 in Goodland, Kansas to Sallie Joan (Andris) and Elmer James Deges. She passed away Monday, May 20th, 2024 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 49 years and 8 days.

Anita grew up in the Berlin community and attended school at Cheyenne, Oklahoma graduating in 1993. After graduation she obtained employment in Elk City, Oklahoma as an administrative assistant along with the birth of her daughter in 1999. In the early 2000's she along with her husband started Wilson Hotshot and continued to operate the company until 2015. It was during this time that all of Wilson Hotshot customers benefited from Anita's enjoyment of cooking and baking. It was shortly after that in 2016 that Anita had a motorcycle accident that left her a quadriplegic. With the help and care of her daughter and family she was able to continue to be active and thrive. For the last four years, Anita has lived in El Reno to be near her daughter. Anita loved her family and especially her granddaughter, Addie.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Sallie Deges; and her grandparents, Joe and June Andris and Odella Deges.

Anita is survived by her daughter, Morgan Horton and Taylor Bramlett, El Reno, OK; 1 granddaughter, Addie, El Reno, OK; her father, Elmer Deges, Tuttle, OK; 1 brother, Chris Deges, Seymour, Texas; 1 niece and 2 nephews, Jacob, Ben, and Cate Deges and a host of other relatives, friends, and supporters.
