Floyd Alan Twyman was born February 15th, 1966 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Joyce Lynn (Kamphaus) and Floyd James Twyman. He passed away in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on Tuesday, October 29th, 2024 at the age of 58 years, 8 months and 14 days.

Alan grew up in Canute, Oklahoma where he attended school graduating in 1984. After graduation he found employment with Midwest Farm Supply and later worked as a farmer for himself and others. Alan also owned and operated his own trucking business. In 2006 he met Melissa Frederick and together they blended their family and continued to make their home in Canute, Oklahoma. Alan always enjoyed the farm life, the sunrises, sunsets, and the outdoors but his passion in life was his family and especially his grandchildren while enjoying his favorite cold beverage.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Alfred and Nora Twyman, Willie and Gertrude Kamphaus; infant brother, Jon Amos Twyman; uncle, Clayton Twyman; and aunt, Gloria King.

Alan is survived by his wife, Melissa, of the home; 4 children, Bradley Chervenka and wife, Michelle, Kayla Hutton and husband, Kyle, Cody Twyman and wife, Maddie, and Trapper Bartlett; 5 grandchildren, Hailey Loyd and husband, DJ, Bubba Skipworth, Ashton Chervenka, Halen Twyman, and Walker Twyman; 1 great grandson, Jackson Loyd; his parents, Floyd and Joyce Twyman; parents in-law; Alton and Alfreda Frederick; brother, Hank Twyman and wife, Rhonda; nieces and nephews, Hayley Twyman-Brack and husband Delton Brack, Riley Hust and daughter, Layken, Baylee Frederick and companion, Reece Lumpkin; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, other relatives and many friends.
