Alan "Al" Lee Burns was born September 17, 1959 in Elkhart, KS to Eugene Burns and Donna Harding. He passed in Carter, OK on September 24th, 2025 at the age of 66 years and 7 days.

Al spent his childhood in Albuquerque, NM; Keyes, OK; and then Carter, OK. He attended and graduated from Carter High School. After high school, he moved around with his two brothers working along side them. He later worked in restaurants until his retirement.

In his spare time, Al enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and cats; listening to music and watching football and wrestling. He had a loving heart and great sense of humor.

Al is preceded in death by his mom, Donna Parker; step-father, Leon Parker; sister, Donna Jean Dobbins; brothers, Bill Burns and Dustin James Parker; step-brother Jerry Don Parker; grandparents, Ora and Henry Burns, and Velma Oliver; uncles, Archie Burns and Alvin Burns; twin nephews, Billy and Chris Burns.

He is survived by his father, Eugene Burns of Carter, OK; one brother, Clinton Burns of Carter, OK; brother-in-law, John Dobbins and wife, Shelly; step siblings, Gary Parker, Bobby Parker, Leigh Ann Parker/Querdibitty and their families; three nephews, Daniel Dobbins and wife, Heather Dobbins, and their two daughters; Clayton Dobbins and wife, Emily Dobbins, and their two daughters; and Robert Dobbins and his daughter; a niece, Stormie (Burns) Daukei and husband, Joshua Daukei, and their four children; aunts and uncles; and a host of extended family and friends.
